These visas are business people who have held a Business Development Provisional visa and have met the criteria to apply for permanent residency. High-calibre business people are able to apply directly for permanent residency through these permanent visas without having to go through the provisional step.

Business Talent (Migrant)
This visa is for business people with a proven track record, looking to participate in the management of a new or existing Australian business. Applicants must be sponsored by a state or territory of Australia, and must be owners or part owners of an overseas business.

Business Owner (Residence)
This visa was set up to attract business owners to Australia for the purpose of owning a new or existing business and assisting in the economic growth of Australia. Holders of this visa can stay permanently in Australia. You need to have held one of the business provisional visas before applying for this visa.

State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (Residence)
As for the Business Owner visa above, except that applicants must be sponsored by a state or territory authority.

Established Business in Australia
For holders of a temporary provisional visa who have established a successful business or businesses in Australia and wish to apply for permanent residency.

Investor (Residence)
This visa is for investors/business people who hold a provisional investor visa, have maintained their investments for at least four years and have lived in Australia for at least two of the last four years.

State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Residence)
As like the Investor visa above, this visa is for investors/business people who also have a sucessful record of business or investment activities and are willing to invest in a designated investment in Australia for up to four years. Applicants must be sponsored by a state or territory authority.
