Business Development Provisional visas are temporary visas to allow business people entry into Australia for the purpose of investing in Australia, managing a new or existing business in Australia, or establishing a new business in Australia. Even though they are temporary visas they do offer a pathway to permanent visas on the provision certain criteria are met.
Business Owner
For successful business people wanting to set up a new, or take over an existing business in Australia.
State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner
This visa is for potential business owners as above, with the proviso that applicants are also sponsored by a state or territory of Australia.
Senior Executives
Available to senior executives of large overseas businesses. This visa allows you to manage a new or existing business in Australia; applicants need to be able to provide evidence of significant net assets.
State/Territory Sponsored Senior Executive
This visa is for senior executives as above, with the proviso that applicants are also sponsored by a state or territory of Australia.
Investor
For business people with a proven record of a successful business career or investment portfolio, who wish to invest in businesses in Australia
State/Territory Sponsored Investor
This visa is for potential Investors, as above, with the additional proviso that applicants are sponsored by a state or territory of Australia.
Investor Retirement Visa
For people aged 55 years or older who have the ability to make a significant long term financial investment in Australia.
