I’ve lived in other countries, and I always knew in my heart of hearts that I wouldn’t spend the rest of my days in Scotland. I decided to emigrate to Canada because, having visited it a couple of times, I feel at home there – strange but true! I also have friends in Canada, which was a factor.
I chose to go to OE Visas because my brother-in-law had used OE Visas when he emigrated to Australia, and he recommended the firm. From the beginning, I found the experience reassuring, and any questions I had were answered very quickly. Filling in all that paperwork and getting the necessary information together for the application can seem quite a daunting task, but I found Eric Katz, from the Canada team, to be very patient and supportive when explaining the finer, more complex issues of the application process. Although the process was slow it was quite straight-forward, without any great dramas along the way, and having OE on hand to help and answer my questions was very reassuring.

Rina is from Leicester and is heading out to Perth Australia very shortly. She is still awaiting final approval from DIMIA but is hopeful being on the Occupations in Demand List (MODL). She has recently returned from a short holiday to Australia where she has already found a plot of land she likes and has even spoken to a builder about building her dream home, once her visa has been approved.
Rina’s advice to prospective migrants is “Do not let anyone talk you out of it. You’re never going to know unless you try…”

Both brothers from East Lothian, Scotland - Johnny and Richard Bridges, applied through OE Visas migration agents for permanent residence to Australia and have just recently been approved by DIMIA weeks apart.
Johnny recommends that prospective migrants should, “ Go for it but try to keep as much paperwork and contacts together, especially if you have a job where you move around a lot as it can be hard to track down old employers for references”.

We have just received our Australian visas 2 years after our initial consultation and would like to thank all the at OE Visas.
