Rina is from Leicester and is heading out to Perth Australia very shortly. She is still awaiting final approval from DIMIA but is hopeful being on the Occupations in Demand List (MODL). She has recently returned from a short holiday to Australia where she has already found a plot of land she likes and has even spoken to a builder about building her dream home, once her visa has been approved.
Rina’s advice to prospective migrants is “Do not let anyone talk you out of it. I received a very honest appraised and was very impressed by this.” Rina wants to get away from the fast, busy lifestyle she lives in the Midlands. She is confident that the more laid back lifestyle in Perth will suit her better. The sunshine is obviously a pulling factor as well as value for money especially regards to property. She can’t believe that she can afford to choose a plot of land and build her own home in her dream destination. She admits that it is quite daunting going out to Australia on her own, but she feels out of any country to emigrate to – that Australia will be safe.
