Working Holiday Visa for Australia

Australian Working Holiday Program

This visa program allows eligible applicants aged between 18 and 30 to travel to and work in Australia for up to 12 months. In order to be eligible, applicants must be of good health and character, must not have held an Australian Working Holiday visa previously and must not take any dependants with them. The visa will allow the applicant to enter Australia within 12 months of visa grant and to stay in Australia for up to 12 months, working for up to six months with each employer during this period.

The application fee for an Australian Working Holiday visa is £350; please note that there may be a small charge payable for any additional work that needs to be undertaken due to health or character issues.

Second Working Holiday Visas

If you are aged between 18 and 30 and HAVE previously held or currently hold an Australian Working Holiday visa, you may be eligible for a second Working Holiday visa provided that you meet certain requirements. These requirements are:

You must have undertaken three months of specified work in regional Australia while on your first Working Holiday visa. Please contact us so that we can assess whether your previous work in Australia qualifies
You must not have previously entered Australia on a Work and Holiday visa
You must not be accompanied by any dependent children

Applicants who meet the above criteria may be eligible for a second Working Holiday visa and thereby may travel to or remain in Australia for up to a further 12 months. The application fee for the second Working Holiday visa is £249, although further charges may be incurred if additional work needs to be undertaken due to health or character issues.
