Questions:

I am currently living with my boyfriend in England and we have decided we would like to move to australia to be with family and the money is a lot better for my partner out there as he is a self-employed electrician. I myself dont have any qualifications and think this would affect our application for a visa. We are hoping to move this year sometime but i fear that my lack in qualifications are going to effect our dream to move to australia. Is it possible for us to get a visa and move to australia?
I NEED SOMEONE WHO WILL HELP ME, i APPLIED FOR CANADIAN VISA SINCE LAST YEARS UP TILL NOW I HAVE NOT GOTTON THE VISA THE IMMIGRATION OFFICER SAID THAT I WILL NOT RETURE TO MY COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE AFTER MY LITTLE IN CANADA..sO WHAT WILL I DO TO MEET UP WITH THIS LAW..
Is appying for a work permit as long winded as appying for immigration or is it more stright forward, and what would the situation be if you did get work in Canada and then it became a full time offer, would you need to go back to the uk to apply for immigration or could you apply whilst still in Canada, I have a spouse and four children whom would want to move with me if the job became a perment offer. thanks
hi we are talking of moving to australia well have been for the last two years we are hoping to try to get a month off so we can see the place first how do we go about getting a holiday visa
I have applied for Canadian immigration under the Skilled Programme category but the waiting times are huge - over 2.5 years from the UK at the moment. I work in IT - what is the chance of getting a job in Canada whilst based in the UK? Having a firm job offer greatly speeds up the process or so I'm told. Are there any organisations which provide assistance to foreign job seekers?
Ref migration to Sydney Australia. I am waiting to hear about next steps for medical and police record checks. I am currently suffering from work related stress. Anticipate will have recovered by time medical is completed. Will this history affect my medical?
our family are emigrating to australis, however our oldest daughter who is 20 years old, who still lives with us cannot be included in ourvisa , have you any suggestions how we can get around this problem ? we cannot leave her behind.
i am thinking of applying to emigrate. i am divorced from my ex partner but we have a 4 year old together, can we apply to go or can my ex spouse stop us?
It was a routine stop with no incident; but I was found to be over the drink drive limit marginally by 7% in Feb 2006 and banned for 9 months only after I requested and completed a drink a drive course. Will this stop me from traveling for a holiday to: 1. Canada or applying for a work visa ? 2. The U.S I am now back driving, but have heard that the dvla have now direct links with the immigration desks at the airport in operation ? Please can you advise me as I ma wantng to travel shortly. With kind regards Mike I am now back
I am aged 56; does this preclude me from immigration?

Only one member of the family has to qualify - i.e. your boyfriend does - you can all go if a "family" link can be proved between you all.

I dont quite understand your question - but you must be aware it will take 3 years to process your application.

They are both quite long winded processes. Immigration has got the 3 year wait that work visa does not - but if you decide you want to live there permanently you will need to go through the long wait. We do have some sway with getting an expedited application with some of the Provincial Governments. e-mail richard@my-oe.com if you are interested.

Your travel agent will arrange it for you when you purchase a ticket. You can do it yourself on www.immi.gov.au

Yes - OE Visas in certain circumstances can help. IT is not the juiciest employment fruit at the moment unless you are in certain specialised areas. e-mail me a CV and I will see what I can do - or at the very least tell you you have the full 3 years (yes 2 1/2 is wishful thinking) to wait. richard@my-oe.com

What could happen is a consultant may be asked to comment on your liklihood of needing further treatment (and therefore expense to Australia).

She is either dependant (which means she can be included on your application) or she is not. If she is not she will have to make a seperate application. There are always "Last remaining family memeber" visas or skilled visas etc for her. Feel free to call me - Richard Gregan on 0131 625 6906 for advice.

There could be a problem with your child going with you under the Hague Convention. Your ex could stop the child going. Call me - Richard Gregan on 0131 625 6906 for some options.
