Questions:
As a UK Citizen,do i need a VISA for a Holiday in Australia? I need an answer to this question as soon as possible.
My husband is applying to join the Aus Navy. We have two children 15 and 17 by the time we have sorted everything my eldest will be 18. Will she still be able to emigrate with us or will it cause problems as she won't be classed as a dependent child.
Dear, Please, I'd like to know if I can change my Private Address after I submit my skill assessment form to ACS? I'll probably need that because I'll have moved on before ACS post my results. Thanks
Is it possible to retire to New Zealand - I have no intention of working but would just like to live there. I have a UK pension that would support me.
i have applied for aus. under class 136.i am having 125 points in total.i got my acceptance from TRA.now file no. is also issued it was issued in first week of dec. please tell me

If the child is still in full time education - no problem. If not you will need some help from a Registered Migration Agent. |

Processing time is currently circa 9 months for non Priority processing and MODL. Employer vierification can slow this down. |

They can be considered under "character" but are generally not major issues in "skills" based applications. Obviously under "business" catergories these would be serious matters. |

US citizenship will take you at least 4 years on a green card-actually resident in the US. |

first get a visa. Then live in NZ for 5 years. Then you can apply for citizenship. |
