I'm wishing to marry abroad, and have been told that I need a copy of my birth certificate and passport (this is not a problem), and also a copy of a document which confirms I am not currently and have not previously been married. Does anyone know the name of this document and from where I can obtain it? Many thanks
im a 29 yr old senior software test analyst (which basically means that i test companies websites or their software applications) I have a number of years experience whith no formal qualification in this area but i do possess an Advanced Business GNVQ and a Higher National Diploma in I.T. would i qualify for a permanent visa for Australia? hi. if i have a degree in community studies and about a years experience in domestic violence refuge or youth work etc. would i be more eligible for canada or australia? which one would i be better qualified to apply to? which would be most likely to accept me? canada or australia?

Hai, This is arsalan here from KSA..I am holding master in software engineering from Malaysia..n have three and half hour experiance of lecturing in Malaysia.. Currently, I am working as a lecturer at University in kingdom of Saudi Arabia....I wana migrate to australia...will i be qualified for that with masters and just four yrs experiance...Looking forward to hear form u..
hiya its maria again. what if he refuses? and i dont have contact and my son not allowed contact by courts. dont know if he will ever be allowed contact again. does that make a difference? would his mum be able to stop me? even if my family support the idea? would his dad be able to follow me abroad?

	This would depend upon which country you wish to get married in. This is an FAQ for migrants - not tourists.

	I would fancy your chances more for Canada. A look at your CV may change that opinion.

	No - you would need "registration" in all 3 countries.

	I do not think you will pass an ACS skills assesment.

	The plumbing is all that is relevant to TRA - but it would help if they got an overview of your entire employment history.

	Technically you have diffciulties with Recent Work Experience and where you fit onto the SOL. I would recomend help from a MARA registered Agent - experiuenced in your type of case and who you feel you can get on with. www.themara.com.au
