Different States (and Territories) have different licensing requirements. You will be able to work for a qualififed hairdresser anywhere. You may need a license to open up your own salon. The 136 will get you permanent residence in Australia. The employement (or self employment) may take another set of forms being filled in to nail down. |

You must have an occupation on the SOL (skilled occupation list) Policeman and Soldier are not on the list. You could consider a job offer from SA or WA police if you have served in the military police??? call us on 0845 601 7810 to discuss your options. |

No. There are some possibilities that involve large sums of money! As a pensioner with no job offer, spouse or business investment funds I would see you having no entry route. |

An H1 B visa (or an H2 B) - you must first pass enclax exam or similar and then the job offer needs to be approved - then the TEMPORARY visa is issued. |

It depends if his name is on the child's birth certificate to a large extent. If it is - then yes, you need his consent. |

I am not a debt counsellor. You should see one. Debt avoided will affect your credit rating and ability to get a mortgage or a credit card. |

Sponsors in the Skilled catergory are not affected by your debt level. |
