Himy husband and I are looking to emigrate to Austrailia. We have two children 7 and 12. My husband is a web developer and has worked in this field for the last 12 years. I work for the NHS taking 999 calls. We are both 41 years old and own our own home in UK. What chance would we have applying for visas.
my sister lives in australia is there any way i can apply for remaining relative visa i have children who are over 18 but no other relatives however my wife does have relatives what are our options
my husband has had testicular cancer twice and needs sustanon injections for life, he is 48, can he apply to emmigrate or does he have to wait for the all clear and what are his chances he is fit and healthy otherwise

I am a permenent residnent of Australia. I have lodged spouse visa file for my wife in July.My wife is staying in india with her family and waiting for visa but its more than 3 months and it would take upto 6 months. Is there anything I could do to speed up process because it is very hard for both of us to live separately and my wife is very sensitive and it is unbearble situation for her from social point of view.I have submitted all relavant documents including my current payslips and marriage certificates.. you help would be appreciated in this matter.

In a case like this would get a medical opinion form a Dr in Australia. Think oof it like a Pre MOT check over. If there is a green light from the Doc I would then proceed. Ring Richard Gregan 01331 625 6906 for assistance. |

J 1 is a temporary visa. It remains active while the job lasts. There are other visa options after you have spent time in the US to consider. |

Average times for grant are currently four months. There is nothing anyone outside of the Immigration Department can do to speed up a visas processing time. |

It should not. All Criminal cases are judged on their individual merits. Things like time elapsed since convicetion, any other similar offending, everity of sentence etc are all taken into account when a decision is being made on "character" grounds. |
