I am working in middleast as System Analyst, I have been granted PR in May 2004, I went to Melbourne couldnt find much IT opportunities, so came back, my visa is valid until may 09, If I move by February Can I apply for citizenship so as to stay 2 years or my brother also has PR, will i be granted RRV if I apply ?
we are going through the process of migrating to australia ,we are over there on holiday in october but my holiday visa has been REFERRED? do you know what this means and will it have any implications on the migration visa????????
Hi, i am a 28 year old single mum with a five year old daughter. I am thinking of joining the police force, what i would like to know is can i apply for the australian police or would i have to be a uk police officer frist?
I would like to emigrate to America but do not meet any of the designated criteria for any of the visas mentioned. I have no formal qualifications and I work in the service industry. Is there any way of getting any kind of temporary visa with a view to getting a permanent one later on?

Hi my brother moved with his family to Perth AU last november on a Skilled Visa.My family and i are currently in the process and hope to move there next year. The question i have is that my mother & father would like to move with us, however the would be leaving another two daughters and son behind (balance of family test)doesnt allow parent visa. however one of the remaining daughters plan to go over on a working visa at some point next year will our parents then be able to apply for a parent visa as they will have only 2 children remaining in uk?
Myself and my wife are really interested in emmigrating to Canada but my wife has two children aged 13 and 17 from previous marriages. The children have not had contact with their father for two and a half years and we do not know the whereabouts of either him or his relatives. Is there any way of being able to emmigrate in these circumstances? How old do they have to be to emmigrate without his permission?

i am sir visa holder for australia.my assesment is positive in accounting occupation.if in australia i am fail to find job as accountant can i do job in any other field & proceed for permenent recedent after one year job and two years stay in regenal area.

	If you are "settled" then yes you can sponsor.

	You apply to DIMA. Their is an elemnt of State sponsorhip however this wont preclude you from travelling freely between the various States and Territiories.
