Werent they just full of educated vehemance! An asset to any country I am sure. This depends upon your business history and what you propose to do in Australia. Please call me, Richard Gregan on 0131 625 6906 for your options. I do not charge for this. Please dont swear at me though. I get hurt feelings very easily!

Thsi can be a hold up - and ultimately the cause of a refusal. Gathering other evidence is required. Such things as pay slips, letters of appointment, internal reviews, business cards all can add some weight. This is the sort of area that would make a cse not suitable for DIY. Call Richard Gregan for guidance on 0131 625 6906.

Yes. Please do some serious research before sending in any applications - espe those where you have to pay a fee!. Have a guess how high the "non represented" application fail rate at DIMA (DICA) was last year?

Probably not with you on the same flight. Permanent residents who sponsor parents generally have to be "settled", which can take some time to do. Parents can travel over and begin to get things in order prior to them beginnning an application process shortly after you have arrived.

Under the skilled programme you must be under 45 years. Under some circumstances and under other programmes exceptions can be made. An offer of employment for you could be a deciding factor.

Depression of itself will not stop you going. A view will be taken as to likely future costs to the Australian Health care community if you are granted residence. High costs would mean you would be refused. Low or no costs would mean you would most likely be accepted.
