Also all of her children are there in australia. Any help would be appreciated. Kind regards Karen

THe offences and the fact your wife has a Polish passport do not pose any problem. Firstly you must find an occupation on the SOL that matches you. then apply through that. The Australian Navy does recruit from the UK from time to time. This is handled directly by the Navy. Check there website for job titles they are interested in.

This depends under which catergory he is applying. If he is a citizen of Australia now - he is fine to sponsor you. If he is a spouse 100 (permanent) under most conditions he can sponsor sponsor you (subject to health, character and defacto criteria being met) If he is applying under any other catergory and your defacto stacks up - his previously being sponsored will not be an issue.

NZ does not have a retirement visa. You can go for 6 months at a time on a UK passport.

Karen, 6 years remission is usually enough. She would not be able to put on your application though. She can make one in her own right as either an aged parent or as a contributory parent.

Carry both passports and you will be fine.

No - not from a migration point of view - however you should take some advice from an Australian accountant.
