Questions:

Hi ya, anyone you can advise who specialise in one way flights which offer stopovers, well might as well see a few places on the way down under to our new life.
Hi I am a newly qualified physiotherapist and want to emigrate to Australia. Is it possible to get a job out there without having gone through a junior rotation for the NHS first. Do they operate a similar system? Can you advise me the best way to go about emigrating? I've heard it is easier to go to NZ first. Sorry for so many questions Thanks
I am in my fifities and canadian married to an austrlian who is just here on a temporary visa, we are gather all we can for the spousal visa. he lived with me for eleven months last year and left for australia for a few months for dental work, then returned this jan 2005 and we where married in may. He is on disability in australia i on a small welfare allowance here, he should by the international treaty agreement with canada be ok, as I hope to be on wife pension later, and when sixty get my cpp. My question is: Will him being on disability now, be detrimental to our visa;?
What will the effect on my 139 application be if my relative in Adelaide dies?
My wife is Australian and I wish to get a spouse visa. I have a daughter from a previous relationship with whom I have limited contact and no parental responsibility. Her mother has refused to authorise a health exam. How will this affect my application?
Hi, I want to emigrate to Australia, and have possibly found a job to go to. Would this help me to have a job lined up? Also i have family (Uncle) who will sponser me. He lives in Perth, but i want to work in Brisbain. Will this be a problem? Do i need to live with him to be sponsered? Also, i have a IVA (Involentry Solvency Agreement). Will this stop me from emigrating? You asked; What is your nominated occupation on SOL? Without this you cant go under "skilled" stream. I have had a look. I have worked for the past 8 years for a contract drug research company, as a Animal Technician/ Research assistant. So maybe Medical lab tech officer? AIMS. Not sure, what do you think? Two problems I can see here. AIM is quite hard to get through without a degree or good HND (sometimes HNC) Where does your uncle live in Perth? If its metro I think it would be difficult for you to qualify assuming a positive skills assesment as this is a 40 point occupation. If your uncle lives in Regional Australia then you may have a chance! He lives in Quinns Rock, WA 0300? Not sure if this is Regional or not? I have another uncle in Perth too, Kalamundi? I think this is how you spell it. What is your advice on my job situation too?
can we buy a business
Hi Please help we have submitted med's and penal's DIMIA received them in March assurer had interview 31st March and has given centrelink requested infomation how long before they will be asked to sent bond up or before we hear any news.
My wife and I have been granted our 5 year permanent residency visa. How do we go about obtaining citizenship once we have settled in Oz?
Not really a question, but just a short note to say thanks for all the help of those who respond to the Question Bulletin Board, which I have used quite a few times over the past couple of months, regarding issues I have been worried about in relation to the procedures. Although my partner and myself did not use Oversea Emigration Visa to process our application, sorry one of your competitors, I would like to stress that if you can afford to use a migration expert it is worth every single penny. We started thinking that we did not even have the slightest chance, not married, boyfriend had a couple of minor driving convictions and with only his trade of being a brickie was on the skills list and we were confused as to what way to go. All the stress and deciding on the best way to go was done by our good old personalised emigration agency contact, who was fab all the way through. I am pleased to say with the help of a migration expert we received our call this morning at 6am from New Zealand to congratulate us on our acceptance to Australia! Melbourne here we come. Again every penny spent using someone like these guys is worth it and if you have a chance of emmigrating they will find it for you . Thanx again for all your help. Bet

Australia has some requirements for recent work experience for a permanent skilled visa. There are ways around this though - usually by using a temporary visas to get some Australian work experience. Call me to discuss - Richard @0131 625 6906

Congratulations on the marriage. You qualify for a spouse visa - providing you can satisfy health & character requirements.

1/ job offers can help - specially if your nominated occupation is on MODL. 2/ Under current sponsorship regulations - you can live where you wish. 3/ Insolvency wont disqualify you as of right - but could be considered under "character" requirement. You have so many issues - you need a registered migration agent to handle your case in my opinion. If you were a straight forward - no problemo case - of course DIY is an option. You could well come a cropper on this.
can we buy a business
Yes - generally their are a number of other requirements as well though!

Should be any time now given your timeline.
