Can you purchase a house when awaiting the 2 years to pass to apply to be a resident of Australia while in on your visa.
Which UK qualifications are recognised in Australia? For instance I am currently studying for a diploma in office management. This is NVQ level 3 & 4 standard. Plus, would this course help as I am 10 points under the skilled visa passmark and I hoped it would make me more favourable for Australian employers.

	There are specific assessing authorities in Australia who will assess different levels of UK qualifications for skills matching. Assessment will depend on hours of study, period of study and whether any relevant work experience can be assessed in conjuction with qualifications. 	This is a question best posed to your UK solicitor. You could be given a negative character assessment if you breach a court order.

	You will need to contact an OE consultant to assess your situation. In this situation it will depend on the period of time you have been living outside Canada, as to your eligibility to return.

	I would advise you to complete your immigration card truthfully, using your middle name when your full details are on your passport will not work. If you do not have a conviction then you will not have any problems.

	This depends upon the degree of "bad" - the rule of thumb is, will the condition infect Australians OR cost Medicare money. Speak to an experienced registered migration agent for an evaluation of your condition.
Do Australia consider early retirement visas?
	No - 55 years is the minimum age for a retirement visa currently. This may change in July 05.
