Questions:
Hi my wife is a nurse and are wanting to emigrate to australia, we do not see a problem with getting a visa but were wondering how long it would take and also how long it is valied for as we would like to start the process asap with a view of going this year but it could be next summer at the latest, would appreciate any help.
My parents are looking into the possibility of migrating to Australia, my mum is 72yrs and in good health, my dad is 73yrs and has been diagnosed with Parkinsons (4yrs ago). They would also wish to bring my brother whom is 34yrs old and is Down Syndrome ( dependant on parents ). We are permanent residents in Australia and came over 13months ago, thanks to your assistance. What are their chances ? Can we assist them in any way ?
My husband and I are wanting to move to New Zealand. I'm 29 and he is 36. I am a Police Officer and he is a Jailer here in the US. Is there a demand for this occupation in New Zealand? We currently own a home, but have placed it up for sale last year.. What is our chances of getting to move to NZ on a permanent basis?
hi.. please let me know if it is nessasery to the primary applicant to be involved in the first entry to OZ after getting qualified for the skilled migration. can my wife, the dependant do it alone & myself joining in couple of months..
Hello, I am about to complete my City & Guilds NVQ level 2 in Plumbing, plus I have nearly 5 years working experience too. Is this qualification sufficient enough or would it be benifical for me to do my level 3? I can't seem to find Plumbers on the list but plumber supervisor and plumber engineer seem to only appear. Would I presume just a plain old Plumber is not on the shortage skills list? Would I need to prehaps find a supervisory position and what proof would an application need of my position? I would appreciate some further information. Thank you. Lee
I have been looking into going to oz on a 136 visa, my trade is on the SOL not MODL. We seem to qualify no problem. if i was to contact yourselves to become our agent what timescale are we looking at roughly for visa to be processed? TRA then migration assuming everything is quite straightforward ie police checks medicals etc
I'm currently working in Canada on a work permit, I'm waiting for my permanent residence, I've written to the Canadian Embassy in Mexico (which is were my case is processed) to see where do I stand, they said that they will proceed further with my application on the 1st quarter of 2007 (I had my aor in Feb 2006 and submitted my application on Dec 2005) How likely is my application going to take?
My Canadian work permit (not renewable) expires on September 2007, however, I have an HSMP for the UK valid from Dec 2006 to Dec 2008 (I applied for this as a back up should anything go wrong with my canadian residence) I visited the UK back in December 2006 and got my visa stamped at the port of entry, are there any restriction on when can I move to the UK for good? Do I only have to get the 75 points for extension? If I don't enter before April I won't be spending 5 continous years in the UK and therefore wouldn't qualify for settlement after 2 HSMP's (2+3) Is it possible to apply for a second extension of the HSMP in 2011 in order to qualify for settlement, as I'd be missing few months for the 5 year continous period?
Hi, I'm a 27year old male who has worked in Oz for a year on a working holiday visa. Me and my partner of 2 years would like to live in Oz. She is doing her teacher training at the moment and would like to complete a years teaching here in the UK to gain experience and to save. I work in logistics and as far as I can tell have no skill that is of obvious interest for emigration to Oz. Are we only treated as a couple if we are married? Would I need to gain a specific skill or qualification?
Hi. I am currently a student working on BA(Hons)Early years Education Degree. When completed, I have the choice of gaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Education or a Graduate Teaching Post. Both will give me Qualified Teacher Status. Can you please let me know if I am able to emigrate to the USA with either of these? Will I need a number of years of teaching experience?

Nurses are fast tracked - so could be granted within 3 months. After first "validating" visa you will usually have 5 years "RRV" or returning residents visa. No hurry to go! |
