I am in the process of migrating to australia with my partner and my daughter, who doesnot see her father and he has no parental responsibilty, but i have been told i need a court order saying i can take her to live abroad. could you tell me exactly what i need
The only assets i have are my house, i owe money on the mortgage and i owe a lot out in loans . Would this stop me and my family emigrating.
If I apply for my skilled independant visa subclass 136 how do I then go about applying for citizenship during/after the 5 years?

	Either; 1/ a witnessed statement from the childs biologocal father allowing the child to migrate. or 2/ an order from the court - allowing the child to be removed from the jurisdiction of the court.

	No - but it could make it very difficult to settle into your new country.

	It is not 5 years. You fill in a form backed up with evidence that you comply wit the statutory requirments.

	No. You need to apply and convince a delegate that your relationship is genuine and pass helath and character criteria.

	on a skills based application you will succeed 99 times out of 100. Bankruptcy can be considered against you depending upon the circumstances.

	This will depend on wheter or not his "occupation" (i.e. what he is trained to do + what his work experience is) is on the SOL (skilled occupation list or not.
