Questions:
I immigrated to Australia in October on a last remaining relative visa. The conditions for my visa being granted is that I was single, although I did have a boyfriend at the time which I made no mention of. If we applied for a fiance visa 2 months after my entry into Australia would it jeopardise my visa at all?

Australia carer visa I am planning to apply for a carer visa to care for one of my relatives who is an Australian citizen. They have been assessed by Health Services Austrlia and have been sent the results in a sealed envelope which has to accompany the visa application. Does this mean that they have acquired the correct number of points required to proceed with the application?

My wife is Brazilian and I am Australian. My wife overstayed her visa for the UK last year and left the country without any problems/ questions. Will this affect her chances of getting a spouse visa for Australia? And will the department of immigration in Australia know that she overstayed her visa in the UK?
I have had 2 children in 2001 and 2004 and had mild postnatal depression after both I am still taking Cipramil though plan to come off it early 2007

You are allowed to have a boyfriend while applying for a "LRV" - you can subsequent to grant apply to sponsor him as a fiance. It all comes down to "how it was" at the time you stated a fact. These situations can be problematic and you really should consult and experienced MARA registered AGENT. www.themara.com.au for someone near you. |

He may be able to get entrance to AUstralia as a sponsored parent. Once there he would have to apply to whichever State you live in for a practicing certificate. I would think he will struggle to do this. |

No. Carer visas are not assessed by a points system. The sealed envelope is to protect the privacy of your relatives medical records. |

He will qualify for a sposue visa (100) and be able to stay permanently. |

The Australian authorities wont "know" about this. On a technical point this could be considered an indicator of "bad" character although highly unlikely in my view. |

Vaguely possible through routes other than "skills" - I would speak to someone who wants to employ you and see how far they are willing to go to get you a visa allowing you to work for them! |
