hi-i am software professional with one year experience eligible for skilled visa(sponcer by aunt).can you please tell me whether work experience affect the total cost of migration.does my total cost for the procedure will get reduce if i apply after 3 years.

We are looking at possibly making an application to emmigrate to Auz under sub class 137, possible asking for state nomination from Victoria as my partners profession of Bricklayer is on there list of required professions, he has got his profession review and agreed by relevant Auz authorities, am I correct in saying that when making this applciation this will mean that a temporary visa will be issued, with permanent residency only being granted after a minimum of two years, in which specific requirements must be met, ie working for a minimum of 12 months, living within the state of Victoria for 2 years, proving your intereaction etc. Also once permanent residency has been granted ie after 2 years we will have the option of living anywhere in Auz, we are using this route as with the change of points required it will give us the extra to allow us to me the limit. Thanks

Im from far east and my husband is from germany we married sep 2001 (i've got EEA visa till may 2007) my husband returned to germany to study as he is student there he couldn't support me and i don't speak german we decided that i stay in the uk while he study. but after year later falling apart. but haven't divorced yet. now i'm try to apply indefinate stay. as we are not togerther is there any chance i can apply indefinate stay without my husband's support?(i was student for 2years, i'm working for good company for 3years now) please help

	From a company point of view it would cost less if we had to factor in a number of work references to prove RWE - (the higher the number of refernces the higher our fee). From your own point of view - do you qualify for an independent visa without the sponsor - sometimes this can be a simpler process (and therefore cheaper in terms of fees)if you do. 	It varies depending upon the visa you are applying for, the time OE need to put into getting you the visa and any special requirements you may have.

	Well - fees differ.We are a fixed fee company and give a frim quote before we start any work on your behalf. Basically - easy cases with no major hurdles (defacto/medical/no qualification papers/children from other relationships etc - CHEAPER FEE - Hard cases with the above as factors MORE EXPENSIVE FEE.
