Hi. I am hoping to go over to australia for a year on a working holiday visa, working as a qualified nurse. I got provisionally accepted online, however I have recently been given a liability order, as i missed a couple of payments of my council. I was wondering if you could tell me if this will this stop me from getting accepted with my visa?

iF THERE was a problem with your medical and you had frontloaded them would the MO in Austrailia just sit on them until they actually requested your medicals or would you be advised before that date that you had a health problem that needed addressing.

currently a nurse can be requested medicals in around 8-12 weeks. Worst case scenario is 6 months. Preganancy nenednt be a block to migration though!!!

depending upon the visa type - there coud be some time lag before the refusal and you being informed. I am not is nfavour of frant loading becasue of this in most visa cases now days.

The US are not too bothered about this - as long as it is clearly prepscrition meds. Some other countriess require a Dr's letter.

It is up to you whether you request your UK GP to send them or not. Complicated illnesses are better forwarded through.
