My daughter has Coeliac disease, well maintained with a gluten free diet, have there been refusals made for this disorder?

hi i am on anti-depressants for panic attacks and have been on them for 3 years now. My doctor has been wheening me off of them slowly and i am only on 7.5ml now. I hold down a job and run a house with two children. I have not had to be hospitilized for this condition, and it does not interfer with my day to day life. I have not had a panic attack for 2 years now. Would this cause a problem with obtaining my visa?

	It is possible to be refused. You need help with this application. This is not a DIY job.

	No - you are judged on your health and that of the migrating family (one fail - all fail) Comments:No, it will go on you and your family, ie spouse and children meeting health criteria.

	yes it could. Height to weight ratio is considered when they look at how much you are liekly to cost to look after over your lifetime. Comments:All applicants must meet the health requirments and it is a one fail all fail policy. In short yes being overweight or obese can affect the outcome. I would advise you to discuss this issue with a panel doctor. As diet related diseases cost governments alot of money, ie adult diabetes, heart disease the list goeson they can be strict on this issue. The panel Doctor should be able to advise you further.

	depending upon category you seem to be on track. generally allow 6-8 months for a request for meds and penals. Comments:Depending on the visa subclass you are looking at 4-6 months.

	no. Comments:It would be unlikely that this would have a negative affect on the outcome.

	Charachter reference may be required but no it should not be a problem.

	OE Visas has mainy clients who are Diabetic and none of them have failed their visa on medical grounds. This can happen if their condition is not under control.

	There is a higher than normal risk that you will fail. The Australian government would take into account the benefits he would be eligible for. In general we would not take your case on, but would as you to get further advise from a specialist Australian doctor first.

	Yes and no you will be required to undergo a psychiatric assessment. The Health Administration Service will either approve or refuse the assessment.
