Each case is assessed individualy but as ther was no jail or community service and just small fine and the length of time since the last offence the chances of success are good.

It will seriously affect your application as you will fail section 501 charachter criteria. Any jail time of 12 months is an automatic failure. Also added that its a drugs related offence means that chances of approval would be difficult. All cases are assessed case by case. If you are married to an Australian for over 5 years and have a children together then this could strengthen your chances considerably. You will need expert him in preparing an application.

This would be assessed on a case by case approach but in general it can affect the outcome of the visa. Other OE clients with similair conditions has passed their medicals. Heart disease is a huge cost for all governments.
