Questions:

Hi, I am currently here on a working holiday visa, I am living with my boyfriend how is an australian citizen, i have known him for roughly 5 years, but we have only been together perminatly living together for 5 months, i came and stayed with him last year whilst i was on holiday to see him, and he previously lived in the uk where we were in a relationship, we have now decided that we would like to go the next step and look at getting married, can i apply whilst in australia, and can we get married while i am still here on the working holiday visa???
Hello, I have already ask you a question yesterday about weather my australian boyfriend of 3 1/2 years can sponser me. I have annother question I'm afraid: I have heard that you need to provide evidence that we have some sort of fianacial ties to one another such as bills shared bank account etc. We do not have this as all the bills were in my boyfriends name but we did live together for 2 years in england and have many friends and family who would be willing to tell anyone we have been together for 3 1/2 years and are very committed to each other.
Further to my earlier question, in case my realtionship breaks up with my wife, you have suggested that I will not get my PR.so in that case i will have to go back to my country. Will I be able to take my daughter with me? or will I be able to get some kind of temporary visa so that I can stay with my daughter.

You really need to see a local mara registered agent. www.themara.com.au I am sure an agreeable arrangement can be found between family law and migration law. You need to be fully informed of all of your options and this is not a proper place to do this.

Assuming you are on a spouse visa - you will not get Permanent Residence if your relationship breaks down (with a very few exceptions relating to you being the victim of domestic violence).

You would first have to qualify through ACS as a computer professional. After this - generally speaking - your brother can sponsor you.

Register your baby as British at the Embassy. Register your baby as Australian at their Embassy. He/She will have both citizenships.

I just got a mental picture of them trying to stop you giving birth! The answer to your question is yes. The baby will be an Australian citizen by birth(possibly dual national with your citizenship) and you will be a visa holder - tourist/student/fiance/spouse - whatever, but in a maternity ward giving birth. Good luck!
What are my chances of getting an Australian tourist visa if i will be using my Australian boyfriend as my sponsor and having enough of the requirements needed for the said tourist visa application?
