Questions:

Im a filipina and planning to apply for a tourist visa in Australia, can i use my boyfriend who is an Australian citizen to be my sponsor?
I submitted the previous question (My fiance is a dual citizen of Aus/NZ and we have Asperger syndrome, etc.). I would also like to add that he is employed as a casual (not permanent) worker, and that I have lengthy periods of unemployment in my recent past. Thanks very much for your help in answering my question about whether I can forget about admission to either Aus. or NZ (and therefore, possibly, this deeply important relationship, if we cannot find a country which will allow us to live together)!
I just asked a previous Q about my partner & I splitting up, he is on a tempory visa, has started an electrical apprenticeship here in Australia..is he able to organise his boss to sponsor him to stay here?
My partner is currently on a defacto visa in Australia with me, it has been over 12months. Recently we have broken up? What happens now? Will he have to go back to the UK?
My husband and I are Australian and we are planning to work in the UK on an ancentral visa. We are concerned of falling pregnant in the UK and how that will affect the baby coming back to Australia. Does the baby get dual citizenship or is an Australian citizen and apply for an Aussie passport?
im am an australian citizen, and my boyfriend is a british citizen, i want to join him in the uk next year im not sure how to go about this i know there are strict requirenments with the spouse visa as we have never lived together we are commited to each other and are engaged. he is coming over to austraia for a holiday in july we would like to get married are we permitted to do so while he is holidaying?
I am English and my wife is from NZ.We live in the UK. We would like to emigrate to Australia to be closer to her family in NZ (but not too close). We understand she can live and work in Oz on her NZ passport. I have a British passport, where do I stand on immigration?
Do i need to provide ALL that the "checklist A" for Canadian Permanent Residency requests for my partner and step daughter who are included in my application but who, i have indicated, are not going to accompany me.My step daughter completes her UK schooling in July 2008, with my partner remaining to take care of her until then when they will join me soon after. My partner is the childs natural mother and a divorcee with no sign of the whereabouts of her ex-husband (and my step daughters natural father) for 12 years. Do i need to submit copies of their birth certs,marriage/divorce papers, court order to allow child to be taken out of UK NOW, as well as notarised declaration that they won't be accompanying me OR are these documents expected to be supplied when i apply to sponsor them post July 2008, in 18 months time? Official guidance on these points are not clear.
i am a permanent resident in Canada, my husband is a citizen. Both my parents are deceased, I have 3 siblings (2 older brothers and one younger 22 year old sister unmarried going to uni in UK). Can I sponsor my sister, as i have no parents, no grandparents, no nephews, nieces or other relative I can sponsor.
Hi, i am a 31-year old British Citizen planning on moving to Australia to marry and become a surrogate father. Is this possible and how will it work?

Yes. This may in fact be required - along with an assurance of support and/or a condition 845 - which is a "no further application" clause on any visa granted.

A training or student visa may be possible. He should seek advice form a local MARA registered Migration Agent.

This depends if he was ona Sposue (temp) or spouse (permanent) visa. If it was temporary - he will have to leave or organise another valid visa.

Rule of thumb is - provide as much as you can - not as little as you want. I would include all the info you mentioned and a covering letter explaining the situation.

not unless she has some skills required in Canada.

I take it you have an Australian Fiance. You can either apply now for the prospective marriage visa - or wait till you are married and apply for a spouse visa.
