Questions:

I live in the UK,with my husband (who is Australian), daughter. Can my retired Mother who has emphysema come too (my Father would stay in UK)
hi could you explain a few details about the sir visa thanks
my husband fractured his skull 5 years ago, no long term damage. Will this need to be mentioned for canada immigration?
I had post natal depression 7 years ago which was treated with medication at the time over a period of approx 18 months. Do I need to mention this on my Canada immigration application form?
My family and I are looking in to moving to australia, (me my husband and 2 kids, my sister her partner and child, and my mother and father) Me and my brother in law both work for Barclays bank and we can transfer to branches abroad and my partner is a mac operator and my sister is a supermarket manager. The main problem is with my parents as neither of them work as the are classed as disabled, can they claim a similar benefit as disability benefit abroad and can then get free health care. Also do we still receive some funds to help bring our children up the same way as our government do (i.e child/working tax credit). Thanks
I refer to my previous question regarding my family migrating with me if I find a job in physiotherapy. The query I do have is that me and my partner are not married, will that cause a problem or can he still migrate with me and our daughter.
I have a skilled area occupation as a physiotherapist and would like to migrate to australia. My concern is my partner as he does not have a skilled job. He is a driver. would he still be able to migrate with me. We also have a daughter
My husband is due to complete a City & Guilds (NVQ level1) course in floor & wall tiling with a view to making this his career. Would 12 months work experience in this field be enough to qualify for a skilled permanent residency visa in Australia (as this is a 60 point occupation on the MODL list) He is currently 42.
I have just applied for a Skilled Worker Visa to Canada. What exam do I need to take to prove that I have basic skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening in French as my second language?

No. Thats not a FAQ - thats a lecture. Try the governemnt site and if you cant get enough information to decide if its for you or not then speak to a MARA registered Agent- (people not registered with MARA do not have any ramifications if they tell you a whole load of baloney) Some charge for a general chat. I dont. I dont like to type endlessly. There is a number above with 4 MARA registerd Agents and over 22 years combined experience.

It should be mentioned - wont cause any problems if there is no damage.

You must mention ait and these circumstances are most often OK in my experience.

I dont think any of the skills your family unit would nominate will qualify as permanent residence visas - therefore sponsoring parents is not an option. Ring us for further advice. Sorry.

Yes - if she and child meet Defacto and dependency criteria.

A family unit needs to have a principle applicant who qualifies (in this case you) then the rest of the family "tags along". Your husband is employable the day he arrives in Australia.

If 12 months is his only training then no. If he can pass TRA (Trades Recognition Australia)12 months post qualification work experience should be OK for some of the SIR type visas.

IELTS - but dont do anything till requested by your case worker in Canada.
