Questions:

As per my previous question which is yet to be answered. Will there be a problem with our Visa application for Canada if my husband's ex girlfriend will not allow us to mention their child on the application form. It says to mention all children regardless of whether they are emigrating. Please answer a.s.a.p as we are waiting to submit the forms.
Hi, My partner is an aussie and i am a Brit, we have been together 3 years. Am planning to apply for parnter visa, but not sure how long it all takes. Have gathered all the evidence and need to do the forms now. But once we apply, how long does the process take all up? Assuming we submit all the requried info. (applying inside London, hence can visit panel doctor). Thanks
When you come from the uk to Australia on a de facto visa with a child and are all granted temporary visas, if we seperate can I return back to the uk with my son, as my temporary visa does not allow me to work or claim any centrelink benefits.....therefore my child and I could be homeless, jobless, pennyless would I be advised of this on the paperwork when applying for a temporary visa to Australia.If not why????
My boyfriend is serving in the US Marine corps in Okinawa but is a US Citizen. I am a British Citizen and we are both very much wanting to be together. He can either extend his contract in Okinawa or go home to texas until he completes his service in two and a half year. We are not wanting to marry as we haven't lived together yet as we don't want to hurry this. Can you help me as to what are the regulations on going defacto in both countries and also on working. Really stuck and need desperate help. Thank you
HI,my boyfriend lived in oz for 4 years (de facto thru his ex) he has got the residency stamp on his passport. He is back in the uk now but saving to move back to OZ, within the next 2 years. I would also like to move with him. Becasue he has residenicy can he just go back ?? also can i go with him as his partner or do i need to apply by myself ? Thanks
How long does the defacto visa usually take. I'm Britsh and my girlfriend is Kiwi ? Is there a designated time in which you must arrive in Australia after the visa has been approved?
Hello, I asked the question about if I could go on holiday to South Africa then marry my South African boyfriend while I was there, then stay. I would be entering initially on a 3 month holiday. Would I be able to stay? Thankyou

	You MUST mention all children on the application form. It is your husbands form and not his ex's. He is resposnible for whathe writes on the form. If he is onthe birth certificate for his ex's child there can be problems with a visa grant being made. If you want to pay for professional help call Richard Gregan on 0131 625 6906

	It is actually required you leave if the relationship breaks down.

	The USA does not recognise defacto's.

	If he has permanent residence - i.e a Spouse 100 visa he can sponsor you. He needs to check how long his "Returning Residence status is. Call us for a free consult anf get it right first time.

	Kiwiws cant sponsor defacto visas as such to Brits into Australia any more. There is a temp visa that will do the trick but you should call for some proper advice. Richard Gregan 0131 625 6906

	The answer you submitted is completely false. You can return at any time to your home land. You may encounter some difficulties with "hague Convention" and Family Court custody issues - but you have the free will to live where you wish.

	This would depend upon what intention you hold when you enter the Country initally. This does happen frequently but can be a very tricky area with fiance's being turned around at the Airport.
