Questions:
My mother in law is British passport holder from last 20 odd years. Now she is on pension ...its possible for her to migrate to australia as a british passport holder and get PR in australia . She is divorcee from British man and alone in UK. pls guide me on this.
I am a 41 year old married man with two dependant children. I have been offered a job in Alberta, Canada. I have checked and I do have enough points to qualify under the skilled migrant category but I really do not want to wait one to two years to gain my permanent residency. To be honest I would like to move me and my family there and start work by July or August of this year. What are my options and is this a realistic plan? I also have two cousins who are Canadian residents, I know they cant sponsor me but are more than willing to house us until we are able to purchase our own home.
"PLEASE HELP".
Hi, My husband is a HGV Driver with 20 years experience and I have been running my own company for the last 4 years provding IT support and designing websites (self taught). We have 2 children under 3 and will be bringing on average €250,000 with us to Canada, Would there be a problem getting a visa do you think ?
Hi, i am an australian female married to a mauritian man with a british passport.
I have a residence visa and then after a few years i can apply for a passport.
can my husband do the same so we can live in australia and can he study?
how long can you extend a holiday visa for?
hello, I can't seem to find HGV drivers on the SOL list for Australia. Can anyone help
My partner has been sponsored on a 457 visa, therefore I also have been granted a temporary visa. Am I able to study a 1 year course in Australia or am I only limited to working only ?
This site looks absolutely fantastic! My question is whether or not I would have a problem obtaining a tourist visa for the US. I am a UK citizen that was sent to a youth custody centre twenty years ago at the age of twenty for a crime committed when I was seventeen I spent ten months in the YCC. Since then no other trouble and plenty of sports and academic achievements. I'd be extremely grateful to know whether I would need to declare this conviction and if so whether there would be any chance of success. Thanking you in advance.
I am a PGCE student (teacher training) and I qualify at the end of the summer. My partner is American and I would like to live and work in the U.S. It is too soon for marriage, is there a visa that would allow me to work as a teacher or any job with children on either a permanent or temporary basis? Thank you

She cannot emigrate solely because she is British. There could be a possibility of a "contributory" or "Aged" parent visa application on her behalf. Call to discuss - no charge or obligation - Richard Gregan -0131 625 6906 |

Ther is a possibility of getting a work permit while the migration application is being processed (and it is more like 3 years than 2 currently) e-mail your contact details and I will have our Canadaian expert contact you with a plan and costs. richard@my-oe.com |

Yes he can - provided he passes health and character tests. Personally - I would go and live in Mauritius. What an Island! |

HGV drivers are not on the list for Australia. They can emigrate to NZ with a job offer currently. |
