HI I'M 45 YEARS OLD AND A SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER WORKING IN MINING AND CONSTRUCTION ARENA.I HAVE BEEN DISCUSSING A JOB OFFER (OCCUPATION AS TODAY)WITH MY CURRENT COMPANY WHERE i WORK IN THE UK WHO ALSO HAVE A COMPANY IN AUSTRALIA.I WOULD LIKE TO MOVE OVER FROM THE UK LIVE AND WORK PERMANTLY.iS THE FACT I'M 45 YERAS OLD AND NO PROFFESIONAL DEGREE ETC..AFFECT MY CHANCES OF EMMIGRATION?
hi there.i want to migrate to australia and i am 25 years of age and single.i already have a degree in advertising and marketing from an australia university and would like to take up a TAFE course in commercial cookery for two years. Will that qualify me as a tradesperson and grant me a graduate PR?Please davcie if i am ont he right track.i cant get in with my degree as i was a government sponsored student.

i'm a 2nd yr student nurse hoping to emmigrate to australia sept 07 when i qualify, i also have a psychology degree but have never practised as a psychologist, i want to come as a nurse....will i be able to straight after qualifying or will i need some uk experience first....with the state of the nhs that may be difficult

	This is feasible but will be tricky in terms of getting it right. You would need to have your company in Australia employ a good Agent to deal with this matter for you.

	You need to apply for a student visa.

	20 hours per week is deemed to be full time for RWE.

	I would want to sit down with you for an hour and see if you could qualify through Australian Institute of Management. If you can then you could migrate.

	You do not have to have money to qualify for a skilled migrant visa. In practical terms the application process will cost you around £1600 without using a Registered Migration Agent when you factor in Government Fees, Skills assesment fees, Medical and police fees and postage. You will need this amount at least. To arrive and have some "start up" cash is important to making your "settling in phase" as easy as possible.

	you will need a minimum 6 months RWE (recent work Experience) - post qualification. You could gain this RWE in AUstralia if you qualify for a temporary visa.

	Yes - you can apply for wither a WHM or a 457 business sponsored visa.

	If by partner you mean - you have lived together for 12 or more months in a marriage like relationship - then you should apply together.
