Questions:
Hi. I’m hoping to go on a working holiday to Canada next year. Five years ago a friend and I were arrested for drunken vandalism, dubbed by the police as malicious mischief. We were not deemed serious enough to go to court as the Prosecutor Fiscal decided action would not be taken further, choosing to earn us of our future behaviour by letter. I have kept out of trouble since then and held down a respectable job as well as studying for a degree at Uni part-time. This information about my offence will show up in a criminal record under other information I think but not in the main section as a conviction. My question is, does this affect my chances of being granted a working visa for Canada? Thanks.

is it possible to get my gp medical records transferred to Austrailia or do I just take a copy.
I was convicted of a public order offence 10 years ago and have since travelled to the USA with no questions asked as a tourist. I now understand that you have to have a Visa if you have even been arrested how true is this? I plan to travel to the States again next year and would like to know how likely it is that I would get a Visa?
my boyfriend and I have booked a holiday to Vegas next year to get married not knowing we would need Visas. I have been arrested and cautioned for a public order offence 6 years ago and he has a conviction from 7 years ago for possesion of a small amount of cannabis. How likely is it that we can get a visa and if we do get one then can we get married there? Do we definatley have to apply for Visas or could we chance it?
Im looking to go to Australia as part of a world trip, and I would stay there for a month on a tourist visa. I received a police caution nearly 6 years ago for making off without payment on 3 occassions. I was 19 at the time, and have been in no trouble since. Do you think I should buy my ticket and visa from a travel agent and say nothing about it, or try and get a visa from the Australian Embassy and declare the caution. Am I likely to be refused a holiday visa whichever way I play it?
I am hoping to move to the states with my wife. She has been offered a job there. I have no convictions but was cautioned once for cannabis and also been arrested but the case was dropped. I have contacted the police for checks on both the national police check and local police check. I have also contacted the local court who dealt with my issues. I have recieved replys from all and they hold no records on me for any convictions or prosicutions. Should I declare these in my visa application as nobody holds any records against me for anything. I even have a letter from the local Proc Fisc saying I do not need to discose these issues under Scottish Disclosure.
Hi there, can you tell me if ecstacy will show up in my bloodstream still if I took it two days ago?

Some of my clients who have a reasonably complicated history arrange for their new Oz GP to send to the UJ GP for a copy of the file. There is a charge for this service at both ends. If you have no significant history - just leave it. |

You should declare it. You should be OK although DIMA may need evidence that you wont offend in AUstralia. |

They are looking for CONVICTIONS - which you dont have - so as you have none you do not need to make any disclosure |
