Questions:

I am from India and staying in India.I had filed canada PR for skilled migrant category along with my wife on April 2004. At the time of filing I was told by my consultant that it would take about 3 to 3.5 years for processing. The canada website currently states that Newdelhi processes 50% cases at an average of about 65 months. What should I expect my processing time? PLease help and guide me?
I was wondering if you could tell me how much being a discharged bankrupt will have an effect on wishing to emigrate from the UK to America?
my husband would like to apply to emigrate to Australia, we have two son's the youngest of which aged 5 years old is on the autistic spectrum. He is fit & healthy physically & attends mainstream school although he will possibly need some additional support in school in the future ( he has only just started). Does this mean emigration would be out of the question for us? Thanks
Hi is a builder on a jobs in demand for N/Z and how long have you to of worked in this trade or any trade to be considerd
after months of talk we have finaly decided to try for immigration we are yet undecided where to. The three countries are probably the obvious newzeland australia or canada. similar question to the previous person. once applied how long for visas in each country does it take and what are the age limits on N/Z and canada, ive read australia is 45, is it known of anyone to apply to all three. Each country has its own pros and cons and do you do a service where we could speak to someone just for a bit of advice and direction Thankyou.

Myself and my wife have filed for Canada PR for skilled visa category on January 2004. How much time does it take for processing my file? Should I count current processing times on canada website which states that Newdelhi processes files on average 65 months OR should I count it as 3 years from my file submission date?
Im 31 and to old for my 2nd whv what other options are availble for me to stay longer and be aloud to work?
I'm a 22 and i'm portuguese and i'm fluent in english. i will finish my master in bussiness in June 2007. i would like to know if without a job offer from a australian company, i will still be able to obtain a work visa? And what should i do to obtain it?
We are intending to emigrate to Canada and received a file number in August 2004. We are both teachers and have applied under the skilled worker. We have applied under the family section. We are wondering when our application might be dealt with and what the next procedure will be. Prior to teaching my husband was a Police Officer, he left 3 years ago.

Emigration would be in the balance with this condition. I have seen passes and failures.

Generally you will need a paper qualification or an employer with a job offer. Yes it is a job in demand.

Both countries have different criteria for entry. I would say NZ is harder in 90% of cases than Australia currently. Call us to discuss your personal options.

A masters in Business without any recent work experience will not get you permanent residence. It could help you get sponsored by an employer. You need to research "employer nomination" visas.
