Hi. I have suffered from low self esteem on and off over the past few years. I have sometimes been prescribed medication for this, though the last prescribtion was Feb this year (which i havent taken anyway). I have had some counselling, though not for at least six months. My partner and I are applying to Australia and I am worried that this might affect our chances. I have not been off from work due to this. Your advice would be appreciated.
17 years ago I was fined £25 in a magistrates court for impersonating a police officer. The offence is now spent - do I have to declare it on my application form for Canada???
I am a serving Police Officer and have been for 5 years. I am married with two children. My wife has qualifications in beauty therapy, which she would like to pursue. We have savings and would like to know if we would qualify for emigration and how would I go about applying for the Police Force in New Zealand. Thankyou.
My Son would like to go visit family in australia for short Holiday and then go on to New Zealand and fo working holiday he was very silly and was convicted of criminal damage fined and bound over for one year will this affect his chances
Hi ! i am 28 year old and have Hormonal Disorder having symptom like LIPOATROPHY(Whole body losses fat) so could my visa for australia be refused i am underweight
I received a 12 month suspended sentence for a minor shop theft when I was 18. I am now 34 but recently got involved in an incident which has resulted in me being charged for common assault. I was prepared to fight the charge in court (I deny the charge) but my solicitor says my chances of success are low due to lack of evidence in my defence and that it may be better to admit guilt to reduce any punishment. However, I am really worried this will end my chances of emigrating to either Canada or US - will this be the case?

I have never yet had an asthmatic failed on this ground after nearly 15 years of practice. Howver - I am sure it is possible depending upon severity and likelhood of cost to the State. Call me for a free confidential appraisal - and if required I can put you onto a skilled migration Doc who will give you a medical opinion - Richard Gregan 0131 625 6906

In my experience "slight cases" = no problem.

Yes - "spent" refers to UK employment law in the main. Australian and International law do not recognise this. Having said this, this type of offendin could cause a problem - if you want to discuss the circumstances surrounding the incident in confidence - call me (Richard Gregan) on 0131 625 6906.
