Hi there, Im hoping to go to Sydney in May 06 - possibly via transfer through work, if that doesnt work then hoping to temp out there. Ill be staying with my Sister - could you advise what Visa I need as ill be wanting to work most of the year im out there and when shall I apply? thank you
I want to be able to drive when im in australia on the one yr visa, im 24 and have 4 years no claims, will these be eligible over there for insurance purposes?

I was in Oz for whole 12 mths, worked at farm for 4 mths. Backed 2 my home country in Sept was going backed 2 Oz in about a mth... I've applied my 2nd WHV more than a mth ago, worrying.Can u tell me how long does it take as they did 2 other ppl who granted it? Mth or months? Pls help'I'd like 2 know what am I gonna do.

Hi, I am an australian citizen living in the UK on a 2year work holiday visa. My fiancee is american and we live together in the UK - he is on a work permit. We are planning on getting married in December. Who can I contact in the UK regarding giving notice to marry etc. Also I will have to go back to Australia to apply for the spouse dependancy visa, so I can come back and we live in the UK for another few years. How long would I need to be in Australia for? We are yet to decide if we marry in UK or in Italy.
Hi,I am a british citizen.i understand on a working visa in australia i need to do 3 months seasonal work in the first 12 months in order to stay for a second year. If in my first year of working i find an employer willing to sponsor me, would i still have to complete the 3 months seasonal work?

	If you are under 31 years - possibly a "working holiday" visa.

	yes. Some States prefer an International Drivers Licence for Insurance purpouses.

	your plan will work fine. The month you are away from Oz will be taken off the visa time though!

	This is quite new to me. The only one I have dealt with similar to your situation took 2 weeks.
