Questions:
Hi, myself and my husband have been living in oz on a 457 visa for 3 years now and about to apply for permanant resedency,we have numerous ccj's outstanding due to our house being on the market in the uk for a year after we arrived here in oz. We had intended to pay all our outstanding debt with the equity in the house, then after a long and painful sale we were forced to take an offer 15k under it's value. this meant we could only pay 30k of our 40k debt.will thi affect our application for permanent resedency?? please help.
I am about to appy for my visa having just received my skill assessment back from ANMC and have a quick question. My son has mild cerebral palsy and turns 18 in January 2007. I want to take him on my visa but will it be back by then or should I make him a seperate application. His is a dependent and would be a student in Australia when we emigrate there. Many thanks for any help.

My husband has been in the police force in the uk for 20 years and is a now in a non- opperational post as a Forensic Collision Investigation Officer, investigating serious or fatal road accidents. Where can I find an experienced immigration lawyer? What is the chance they can help with my south african boyfriend's situation, in regards that he has been illegal for 4 years?

In Australian Migration terms - if you are on this list - you can migrate. If you are not on it - you cannot migrate. |

If she is granted a 4 year 457 - you as her spouse can work on arrival. When you have a permanet residence visa - she can leave her employer! |
