I have been in a relationship with my partner for 6 years and i have an 8yr old daughter from a previous relationship. My partner has been given the opportunity to migrate to Australia as a Sponsored Employee. My partner and i do not live together as we agreed it would be best to stay with parents and save, (Australia plans have been on our agenda for 2-3 yrs now). How do i stand with visa's etc and where do i stand with regards to takng my daughter? My daughter has not seen her biological father for 2 years and we were nover married, although he is named on her birth certificate.
Have you any knowledge of a proposed change in relation to recent work experience (60 point occupation) being changed from 12 of past 18 month to 12 of past 24 months in line with 40 & 50 points occupations. If you are aware what do you rate the chances of this being introduced in November changes. Cheers Ross
Is there any way to get my migration moved along a bit faster, my parents live in australia and my mother has a brain tumour I would like to be there before anything happens to her
How do I prove my husband's ability to speak English? He is native english but no longer has his school certificates.
I am a nurse hoping to emigrate to Australia next year. I will be applying for my visa in next couple of weeks but in two months, my contract expires and I have just found out it will not be renewed. If I am working as a nurse at the time of application, does it matter what I do until I emigrate? I would like to just have a rest and do some charity work. I have been formally offered a contract in Australia.
