Radiological Form 160 Please can someone help. I'm just about to send off my Radiological Form 160 but I don't know if I should sent off the X-Rays as well.
	You dont send of the x-ray plate (film, thingy ,whatever) to DIMIA. However you need to keep it safe as if there is a problem Dimia may request it to be sent to them. You would hope the Dr would tell you if there is anything wrong when the report is being completed.
