I am 35 years old and I have a partner and a 5 year old daughter, Would they be able to come with me and could we eventually migrate?| Questions & Answers | |

You would not require a family sponsor if you chose the SIR visa you mention. Friends cannot sponsor. |

Once your TRA is accepted. you would need a minimum of 6 months post qual work exp IF you are doing one of the SIR Visas. This means regional WA only and does not apply to metro Perth. That would require 12 out of the last 18 months. |

The answer is - you do have to list them . The reason is that if a non migrating dependant fails health or character - the whole visa can be refused under "one fail all fail". |

Canada Immigration issues the visa. Manitoba can ask for speedier progress in a PNP - I dont have an average time to give you from money recived till visa grant. |
