Questions:

I am an english girl that is married to an australian we have a 6 month old baby. We want to emigrate to australia in about 6 months time. I am a teacher and want to know if it would simpler and cheaper for me to enter australia as a spouse or as a skilled worker?

Hi I'm brazilian and I'm currently living in London with my partner wich is from australia. We want to move to Australia applying for an interdependency visa once we able to prove 12 months of cohabitation. But my visa to remain in the UK has expired 1 1/2 years ago. I'm able to apply for the an interdependency visa to migrate to australia from here in the uk?
Hi, I was wondering what the cost is to have u as an agent? Also for the past 4 months i have been living with my partner, traveled together. We know it takes 12 months worth of paperwork and will have no problem with getting that but we want to know for the past 4 months waht we can use to prove we have been together we are engaged, can u use things like a recept for the ring and my travel dates that i got to the uk. tickets that we traveled together on, photos? anything like that. We can get letters from family members if needed. We would love to have the application compleated by august this year, as that will be 12months living together and we wnat to get over there asap as thats where my family is. We also have a house in wales. We have had mixed information in regards to migration from other agents. We want to know how long it takes and how we go about the process in a better way, what is required of myself as a sponser and of my spouse. Hi there.I met my Spanish boyfriend while on a working holiday visa in Scotland. We met six months before I had to leave and did not live together. We would Like to live together but the laws regarding visa in Australia and the Uk dont allow us to do so. We have now been together for 2 years but spent most of our lives flying back and forth to see each other. What options do I have to be with my partner? I dont believe we can get a defacto visa as we have not lived together and I we dont want to be pushed into getting married. We would just love to find a way to live together in the same country!
i have a brother work & live legally but not citizen yet ( U>S>A ) , is he ligible to sponsor a canadian citizen brother and his dependants, who wants to move to u.s.a. soil..thankx

	Spouse is cheaper, faster and easier. When the time comes for you to work as a teacher again you will need to arrange to have your UK qualifications verified in Australia.

	Yes - you need to delare all circumstances - changed and unchanged.

	The fact that you are illegal in the UK can be consdiered against the character criteria by the Australian Governmnent.

	Proving "cohabitation" while the couple is travelling is difficult and can weaken the case. The evidence you have suggested would all be needed plus alot more I would suggest. Price for a "defacto" ranges from mid hundreds to mid teens. Call Owen Small for a chat - 0131 625 6918. No obligation.

	I can get her into NZ - but have no idea about Holland.

	You need to show 12 months "living together" before you can apply. After this it usually takes around 8 weeks to get a visa in the UK assuming all is smooth in the application. You either need to DIY or pay an agent (maybe even me) to do it for you. Good luck.

	If he is not an Australian citizen he will need a visa.

	yes it would be legal in these countires.

	The only option apart from marriage based on the relationship is a "prospective spouse" visa. This effectively gives him 9 months in Australia with work rights. If you dont intend to marry he shoudl look at skill or business catergories.

	He needs to have a green card to sponsor.
