Questions:

I understand that you cannot partake in any more than 3 months study while on a working holiday visa in Australia. Does this include online courses? I would like to do an online correspondence during my year in Oz which may take longer than 3 months.
I have read a document endorsed by the Immigration and Multicultural Affairs Department of the Australian Government which states that if you are granted a working holiday visa but are not able to enter australia within the 12 month validity of the visa then you can let it expire and apply for another working holiday visa at a later stage. Is this true?
I have a Visa which was issued last October. I have not used this yet, is there an expiry date and if so how long before it is void?
Am I right in thinking that as long as you put your application for a WHV in before your 31st birthday, you can still enter Australia - aged 31?
Hi great site. Im from the UK. My Australian partner and I have been renting a flat together in the UK for 4 months. We have been together for a year and a half and she needs to return home by November. I have a job lined up over there too.Could I go over on a Working visa, and then apply for a De Facto visa in Oz after we can prove we have lived together for 12 months? Or could i get sponsorship from the company i will work for or my partners parents? I don't qualify through the points system. Thanks for the help!

I am an american citizen living in shanghai, my boyfriend is a british citizen and we are looking to emigrate to australia using the working choliday visa. My boyfriend has proven to be eligable for this but I am not sure about myself. Consular services here have proven to be most unhelpful and I need guidance on what options are available to me to make the move.

	If the course is Australia based - then you cannot take more than 3 months of your time in study!

	You have 12 months from the date of issue to enter Australia.

	American citizens are not eligble for Working Holiday Visas.
