A job offer can definitely help.

Depends on a great many factors - you should seek the help of a US based attorney - specialising in immigration - nearby for you to visit his/her office.

Dear Sophia, You really need the help of a locally based Registered Migration Agent. Check www.themara.com.au for someone nearby. Good Luck.

Again - see an attorney - specialising in US immigration law. Someone nearby to you.

Well - without knowing your points score this makes it impossible for me to give definitive advice. The three hurdles you must now "jump over" to receive a permanent residence are; The points test, Health criteria and Character criteria. Good Luck.

Dear Ahmad, You need a positive skills assesment from ACS - I am not sure enough to say yes or no given the limited facts you provide. The principle you are describing is "pre qualification work experience" and how this will effect Recent Work Experience points. I would need a full CV to be able to advise you properly - if I was unsure I would use the services of an ACS expert whom OE visas uses for just these type of cases to make a judgement on the viability of proceeding. e-mail me on richard@my-oe.com

No - Funding is left up to you! Obviously you would be irresponsible to get on a plain if you did not have enough money to set up etc in NZ. Good luck.

Well - judging by our current timescales - and assuming no problems with meds/penals - between 3 and 6 weeks. Good luck in OZ.

Yes you can start it here. Good luck.

There is an appeal process - using "natural justice" as a foundation to build a case - NOT a Do it yourself matter though I am afraid. If your skills visa comes through - no problem....
