This is an FAQ - not a DIY assistance site. You need to either research fully or appoint an agent to represent you.

pass mark is enough to qualify. Job offers are very difficult to coordinate and not very common. Work permits can plug the gap between migration application finalisation and the employer being kept happy and not waiting for visa grant.

56 is the cut off for a skilled visa. There are some other options via your business experience given your age. Call Richard Gregan - 0131 625 6906 for a free assesment and chat on your options.

With a job offer from an NZ employer in your field I would say you have a very good chance.

It is possible - if the work you are doing can be construed as a Trade on the SOL list. You need to fill in an assesment on this site for further advice.

The bankruptcy does not generally affect skilled applications. It will affect your credit rating in Australia - as it would here - if you apply for mortgages or credit cards etc. Litigation is similar to the UK.
