If I were to go to Australia on a Working Holiday Visa, could I change to a Skilled – Australian Sponsored Visa without having to leave Australia? (A member of my family is due to become a permanent resident next year). Thank you.
I have permanent residence in NZ and would like to work in Australia. I have enough points to get into Australia as a skilled migrant. Does the fact I have NZ permanent resident make things easier
My boyfriend and I are looking to move to Canada to work for a couple of years. We have been told that it is only possible to get a one year "working holiday" visa which only really allows casual work. We are both working in Sales and would want to get a similar job in media sales that would be benefitial to our careers rather than just taking a "working holiday". Is this possible?
I am planning to move to Australia with my Australian fiancee next year. We have both been living in London for the last 2 years and have about £15k worth of debt to banks between us. What is the likelihood that the banks will try to find us and what could they possibly do about it if they did? I have just had friends of mine move to the States and they have left behind £30k worth of debt and don

hi.. we are a married couple from the uk 2 young children we own and run a cafe/coffee shop we are exploring the idea of moving to new zealand am i right in saying that you need 2 years business exp before you can apply under the ltbv class...
I would like to know if you can help me out in my case.
Here is my situation:
My uncle applied through F4 category for a green card for my dad and family (mom, brother and myself)
We received the approved letter with a priority date of Nov 1, 1991.
I only came to the U.S to study in 1999 and I have been under F-1 student visa since then.
In the year 2003, my uncle sent an inquiry letter.l March 25,2003 he received a written letter from the National
Visa center mentioning that our case is in the process. They gave the case number and listed
only my dad, mom and brother. They removed me from the file since I was over 21 (my BOD 1/4/81)
On Nov 1, 2004, my family got an appointment in the American Consulate at Casablanca, Morocco.
On that interview date, the consular officer told my dad that he can file for me using
CHILD STATUS PROTECTION ACT.
I would like to know if it is possible to do so. Is there any other way my parents can apply
a green card for me? Someone told me that i need to fill and aplly the I-485 form,is this what i need to do or there is another way?How long it will take approximately?
I would greatly appreciate any suggestion and help. Please let me know whether you can
help and what would be an estimate of the charges.
Thanks for your time and help.
I filled out the the online registration form and have heard nothing for over a week now. Can't even login to check the status.
Any thoughts?
Best regards,

You can apply while in Australia (provided your WHM visa does not have condition 8503 attached) BUT you will have to leave Australia to have your visa evidenced. |

No, once you obtain an NZ passport you are free to live and work in Australia. As a PR you must apply and meet the same criteria as anyone else, having NZ permanent residency does not help at all. |

This depends upon which Nationality you are. Australians and New Zealanders have reciprocal working holiday visa rights to Canada. Brits do not. |

Not all Franchise agreements meet Australian Business Migration requirements. The ability to proceed usually depends upon your business background before they consider your business intentions. Call me (Richard Gregan) for an appraisal (free of charge)on 0131 625 6906. |

What is firstly required is a nominated occupation on the SOL (skilled occupation list) Then sponsorship - and an assurance of suppourt will be a great help to you. Yes - DIMIA will look into your backround. a criminal record check is required for every country you have lived for 12 or more months in the past 10 years. Nest Step is - decide a/ do you want to mirate. b/ do you want to do it yourself or use a registered migration agent. If a= yes and b = use an rma - call Richard Gregan RMA 9905168 on 0131 625 6906 or e-mail richard@my-oe.com. Best Regards |
