Employer sponsored migration offers visas for people with recognised qualifications and skills/or experience to be employed in Australia on a temporary or permanent basis. Applicants must be sponsored by their employer.

Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 121/856)
This scheme allows Australian employers to recruit full-time highly skilled workers to fill positions that cannot be filled from the Australian labour market.

Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (subclass 119/857)
This scheme allows Australian employers in regional areas to employ skilled migrants into positions that are unable to be filled with the local labour market.

Invest Australia Supported Skills Program
This program provides for entry of key personnel of overseas based international firms making a significant investment in Australia.
