New Zealand Now website highlights skill shortages

The NZ government’s ‘New Zealand Now’ website (https://www.live-work.immigration.govt.nz/), designed to attract potential skilled migrants to settle in the country, features two lists of occupations that are currently in immediate or long term skills shortage throughout New Zealand. A third category has also been added for Canterbury in an effort to aid the rebuild following the recent earthquakes. Industries on Immigration NZ’s skill shortage lists include: Engineering Construction ICT Healthcare Tourism Hospitality Business & finance Oil & gas Agriculture & forestry Education Science The full lists can be accessed here: https://www.immigration.govt.nz/
