Australian Immigration department updates website

by | Nov 8, 2013

The immi.gov.au website has undergone some major changes. [immi.gov.au] has a fresh look, an improved search function and a user friendly structure to help you find what you need, when you need it. On the site you can:

  • use the ‘Find a visa’ tool to search for a visa that might be right for you
  • find information on all Australian visas
  • see customised information by indicating which country you are in
  • find answers to commonly asked questions
  • lodge some applications online and check the progress of some electronically lodged applications
  • find and read information on your smartphone or tablet.

You may want to find Free Australian Visa Assessments if you are in a skilled profession. Skilled migration to Australia is often very confusing – we recommend checking out Australian Migration Agents in The UK. Links to the old website addresses will still work for a limited time. Remember to update your shortcuts or favourites to the new look immi.gov.au. Source: http://www.immi.gov.au/News/Pages/We-have-changed-our-website.aspx
