INZ conducts research for new website

by | Apr 9, 2014

Immigration New Zealand (INZ) is inviting people who have been through the visa process in the last 12 months to contribute to research for their new website. INZ are redesigning the INZ website and, in order to make it the best website they can, they need to talk to people who use the site to find out about or apply for visas. INZ has commissioned a design and customer experience company to conduct interviews with recent visa applicants and complete other research on their behalf. The results of this research will also have a significant influence on the design for the new website. INZ will be sending emails to potential research participants in the coming weeks, asking them to contact INZ if they are interested in taking part. Complete confidentiality will be maintained under the code of research ethics. Any information that is gathered will not be passed on to INZ in a way that would identify individuals who take part in the research. Other people with experience of the visa application process, such as licenced immigration advisers and lawyers, will be approached separately as the research progresses.
