New Zealand salary boom

Potential British migrants are being advised by agents to consider New Zealand, as salaries there are set to jump by a fifth. The global Robert Walters Salary Survey 2013 looked at last year’s salaries and made predictions for this year for more than 120 positions – including permanent, interim and contract work. As one example, in Auckland, the upper-end of tax accountants’ salaries leapt from NZ$100,000 (£54,642) a year last year to NZ$120,000 (£65,570).
